I did not want to say goodbye but then you started clustering on 31 March and you looked at me and told me it was time. So I telephoned your wonderful vet at around 11pm and he asked me to call him again at midnight if I also thought it was time and then he came round here.
I sat on the floor with your beautiful head on my lap and told you how much I loved you, cuddling you, and you went so peacefully while I was kissing your head.
My heart is still breaking.
